1. General
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Daria Gendelman – Advanced Skincare, dealer no. 336513122, Givatayim (the full address is provided when you book an appointment) (the “Business”). Use of the Site – including browsing, reading content, sending enquiries and booking appointments – is subject to these terms. By using the Site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Hebrew version of these terms is the binding version. This translation is provided for convenience.
2. Services and content
The Site presents information about facials, skin treatments, hair removal and skincare products, and allows you to get in touch, book appointments and order products. Content on the Site, including blog articles, is general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for consulting a dermatologist. Treatment results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
3. Booking appointments
- Appointments are arranged via WhatsApp, phone or the contact form. An appointment is confirmed only after explicit confirmation from the Business.
- Before certain treatments you will be asked to provide relevant health information (e.g. pregnancy, medication, sensitivities, skin conditions). You must provide full and accurate information; the Business may decline a treatment that is not suitable or safe for you.
- Treatment prices are provided before booking.
4. Cancelling or changing appointments
- Appointments may be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, via WhatsApp, phone (+972-53-725-3348) or the Cancel a transaction page.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with the policy provided at booking and subject to law.

5. Intellectual property
All rights in the Site content – texts, images, logo, design and articles – belong to the Business or to third parties who permitted their use. Copying, distribution, reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site unlawfully, send offensive or false content through it, attempt to disrupt its operation or collect data from it by automated means.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google). The Business is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
The Business strives to present accurate and up-to-date information, but errors may occur. Use of the information on the Site is at your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, the Business is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the Site.
9. Privacy
Personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Site’s Privacy policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
