These terms apply to purchasing products and ordering services from Daria Gendelman – Advanced Skincare, dealer no. 336513122 (the “Business”), via the Site, WhatsApp or phone, and supplement the Site’s Terms of use. The Hebrew version is the binding version.
1. Ordering products
- Products from the Site shop are currently ordered via WhatsApp. Product details, price, delivery fees (if any) and payment method are provided before the order is completed.
- Prices include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
- The Business may decline an order in case of a pricing error, lack of stock or suspected misuse.
2. Delivery
Delivery time and method (pick-up from the clinic in Givatayim or shipping) are coordinated with the customer when ordering.
3. Cancellation under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law
Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.
Products
- A distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days from receipt of the product or of the transaction details document – whichever is later.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and unused. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned, to the extent permitted by law.
- If a transaction is cancelled not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100 – whichever is lower – will be charged.
- In case of a defect or non-conformity, the full amount is refunded with no cancellation fee.
Services and treatments
- A distance purchase of a service (e.g. a course of treatments or a voucher) may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 days, excluding rest days, before the service begins.
- If a course of treatments is cancelled after part of it was provided, the proportional amount for treatments not yet provided is refunded, less the cancellation fee permitted by law.

Customers entitled to extended protection
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (65+) and new immigrants (up to 5 years from receiving status) may cancel a transaction made in a conversation (including WhatsApp) within 4 months, under the conditions set by law.

Please state your full name, ID number, phone number and transaction details. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice (for products – from the product’s return), using the original payment method.
