Daria Gendelman – Advanced Skincare, dealer no. 336513122, Givatayim (the full address is provided when you book an appointment) (“the Business”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. The Hebrew version is the binding version.
1. Data controller

2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, phone, email, requested treatment and message content – when you fill in a form, send a WhatsApp message or book an appointment.
- Treatment-related information: before certain treatments we ask about your skin and relevant health information (e.g. pregnancy, medication, allergies). This is provided voluntarily, but without it we may not be able to perform the treatment safely.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and visit duration – via cookies and Google Analytics (see section 6).
You are not legally required to provide information; you do so voluntarily and with your consent.
Cancellation form: to identify the transaction and process a cancellation request as required by law, the form also asks for your ID number and an email address for the cancellation confirmation.
3. How we use it
- Responding to enquiries, scheduling appointments and providing treatments
- Adapting treatments to your skin and health and keeping you safe
- Handling orders, cancellations and refunds
- Improving the Site and service, and statistical analysis of Site use
- Sending updates and offers – only if you explicitly agreed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. It may be transferred to service providers that help us run the business and the Site, solely for that purpose: the hosting company (Hostinger), Google (Analytics, Search Console and Google Drive for backups), and WhatsApp/Meta when you contact us via WhatsApp. Some providers store data on servers outside Israel. Information will also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Website forms: requests sent through the Site forms (appointment requests and cancellations) are stored in the Site database on Hostinger servers and are also sent to the business mailbox.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable, customary measures to secure information, including an encrypted connection (SSL), restricted access and backups. No security is perfect. Information is kept as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law (e.g. treatment records), and is then deleted.
Retention periods:
- Site enquiries that did not lead to a treatment or purchase – up to 12 months.
- Treatment records and health information – as long as required by law and for treatment safety.
- Transaction, cancellation and refund records, including the ID number from the cancellation form – up to 7 years, as required by tax law.
- Google Analytics data – according to the retention setting of the Google Analytics account, and no longer than 14 months.
6. Cookies
- Essential cookies: for the Site to work, and to remember your language and accessibility settings.
- Statistics cookies: Google Analytics, for anonymous analysis of how the Site is used. They load only after you accept cookies in the notice shown on the Site; if you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.
When you enter the Site, a notice lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may then not work properly.

7. Your rights
